    Who it's for

    • First-time puppy parents who want help building a manageable daily routine
    • Puppies aged 60 days to 6 months, with activities adapted to their development
    • Families dealing with mouthing, toilet accidents, jumping or difficulty settling
    • Apartment, villa and independent-house households in Bengaluru
    • Pet parents able to take part in sessions and practise between visits

    What you learn

    • Toilet routines: spotting your puppy’s signals, planning toilet opportunities and tracking accidents around meals, naps and play
    • Puppy biting and chewing: redirecting play, providing appropriate chewing options and recognising when your puppy needs rest
    • Leash foundations: attention, comfortable equipment and loose-leash practice before adding outdoor distractions
    • Socialisation and confidence: gradual, comfortable exposure to everyday sounds, surfaces, people and places
    • Everyday cues: name response, recall, wait and drop it, starting in easier environments
    • Settling and house manners: resting on a mat, calmer greetings and routines around doors, lifts and visitors
    • Crate and rest-area introductions: helping your puppy become comfortable with a suitable resting space at their own pace

And plenty more, every plan is tailored to your dog.

From real-world distractions and door manners to confidence-building games and lifestyle coaching, the curriculum adapts to what your dog actually needs.

    How it works

    1. Step 1

      Share your puppy’s routine

Send your puppy’s age, your neighbourhood or PIN code, and the two or three things you most want help with. I check suitability and home-visit availability.

    2. Step 2

      Agree on the starting point

We discuss an in-home assessment, your goals and your puppy’s daily routine. I confirm the fee, session format and programme details before you book.

    3. Step 3

      Practise together at home

I demonstrate each exercise, then guide you as you practise with your puppy. We start with manageable tasks and add distractions gradually.

    4. Step 4

      Review and adjust

Between visits, follow the agreed practice tasks and note what is improving or difficult. We use those observations to adjust the next session; progress has no guaranteed deadline.

    How I teach your puppy

Sessions use reward-based teaching: we make the task manageable, reward the behaviour we want and adjust the environment to help your puppy succeed. Food, play and everyday rewards are chosen to suit the puppy and the task.

    • We begin with easy versions of a skill before increasing distance, duration or distractions.
    • Confidence work follows your puppy’s comfort level; socialisation does not mean meeting every person or dog.
    • The household practises consistent cues and routines so learning continues after I leave.

    What to practise between sessions

You are part of the training. Short, achievable practice fitted around your puppy’s normal day is more useful than trying to repeat an entire lesson at once.

    • Practise the exercises agreed during your session, and give everyone in the household the same cues.
    • Keep brief notes on toilet timing, mouthing, sleep and situations your puppy finds difficult.
    • Use everyday moments for practice, such as waiting at a door or settling while you sit nearby.
    • Tell me when an exercise is too difficult so we can simplify it at the next session.

    Common questions

What age is the Puppy Foundation Program for?

The programme is for puppies aged 60 days to 6 months. Share your puppy’s age, routine and concerns so we can discuss an appropriate starting point and adapt the activities.

Can you help with toilet training and puppy biting?

Yes. We work on predictable toilet opportunities, recognising signals, managing play and chewing, and supporting rest. These habits develop through repeated practice; the programme does not promise an accident-free or bite-free puppy by a set date.

Do you train the puppy or teach the family?

Both. I demonstrate exercises with your puppy and coach you through them. Family members who care for the puppy should use the agreed cues, rewards and routines between visits.

How long does puppy training take?

The programme is typically planned over 6 to 10 weeks with 1–2 sessions per week, subject to suitability and availability. The plan is confirmed before booking. Progress varies with your puppy’s age, temperament, environment and practice at home.

Do you offer home visits in my area of Bangalore?

I’m based in Banashankari 3rd Stage and arrange home visits in Bengaluru. Send your neighbourhood or PIN code to confirm travel availability and appointment options before booking.

    Can sessions address apartment routines?

Yes. We can work on toilet timing around lift trips, settling during household activity, and calmer responses to doorbells, visitors or corridor noise. Activities are chosen for your puppy’s comfort level and your home setup.

How much does the programme cost?

Contact me for a personalised quote. I confirm the assessment fee, session format and programme details before you book, after discussing your puppy’s needs and your location.

What should I share when I enquire?

Send your puppy’s age, your neighbourhood or PIN code, your main training concerns and preferred days or times. A brief description of meals, sleep, toilet habits and previous training helps us plan the starting point.

    Ready to start?

Share your puppy’s age, your neighbourhood or PIN code, your main concern and preferred appointment times. I’ll confirm home-visit availability and programme details before booking.
