Welcome to Paws of Persistence. By booking or participating in any dog training or pet photography session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read these carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Session Details

All training and photography sessions are conducted at the pet parent’s residence.
Sessions are scheduled once, twice, or thrice a week, depending on the age, behaviour, and needs of the puppy or dog.
Each session will last for approximately one hour.
Session timings are available Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
The cost of each session or package varies based on the selected plan and service type.

2. Attendance and Participation

Pet parents are required to be present and actively participate during all training or photography sessions.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the dog is available, healthy, and ready for each scheduled session.
Sessions missed without prior notice will be considered completed unless rescheduled in advance with mutual agreement.

3. Payments

Payment may be made via NEFT, GPay, or cash.
A 50% advance payment of the total program cost is required before the commencement of sessions to confirm your booking.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon the completion of half of the total sessions.
Payments are non-refundable once sessions begin, except in the case of emergencies or trainer unavailability.

4. Safety and Responsibility

Paws of Persistence uses positive, reward-based training techniques designed to be safe and effective.
Clients must inform the trainer of any known medical, behavioural, or aggression issues before training begins.
While every precaution is taken for safety, Paws of Persistence shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during training or photography sessions.

5. Use of Photographs and Media

Photos or videos taken during training or photography sessions may be used by Paws of Persistence for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, website galleries, or digital/print marketing materials.
Clients and their dogs may be tagged and credited on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook to celebrate their participation.
If you do not wish for your photos or videos to be used, please notify us in writing before the start of your first session.
Once shared publicly, removing or retracting consent for content already posted may not be possible, though future use will be discontinued.

6. Client Communication

Clients are encouraged to share concerns, feedback, or questions directly with the trainer or photographer.
Open communication ensures that your dog’s needs are met and that the training remains effective and positive.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide a safe and positive experience, Paws of Persistence shall not be held responsible for unforeseen incidents or outcomes that are beyond reasonable control.
Clients are responsible for supervising their pets before, during, and after each session.

At Paws of Persistence, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and clarity for all clients, please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

1. Rescheduling a Session

You may reschedule a session by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be treated as a completed session unless it was due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance.
All rescheduled sessions will be arranged based on mutual availability.

2. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your full training or photography program before it begins, please inform us at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session.
Once the program has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund, but we may offer credit toward future sessions at our discretion.
Cancellations by Paws of Persistence (for example, due to illness or emergencies) will result in the session being rescheduled or credited in full.

3. Refunds

Advance payments are non-refundable once the first session has commenced.
In exceptional cases such as long-term illness (pet or owner) or relocation outside the service area, partial refunds or credit notes may be considered at the sole discretion of Paws of Persistence.
Any refund approved will be processed through the same payment method used for booking and may take up to 7–10 business days.

4. Missed Sessions

Sessions missed without prior notice will be marked as completed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
We encourage timely communication to ensure consistent progress for your dog.

5. Trainer/Photographer Availability

If the trainer or photographer must cancel due to an emergency, illness, or unforeseen reason, the session will be rescheduled at a convenient time for both parties.
Clients will be notified promptly of any such changes.

6. Policy Changes

Paws of Persistence reserves the right to modify this policy as needed. The latest version will always be available on our website.

7. Agreement

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions.

You also confirm that all information provided about your pet’s behaviour and health is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
